A Secure & efficient delivery for your items is at the utmost importance to us. We do not provide shipping through Canada Post. We ship our products with either FedEx or Purolator depending on the item and location of the recipient.

Returns/Exchanges

No Returns/Exchanges are allowed via online purchase.

• Punjab Jewellers does not offer returns on any products.
• Punjab Jewellers is not liable for any costs for shipping & insurance on returned items.
• For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchanges on nose rings, nose pins, earrings and ear studs.
• We do offer exchanges on products within 10 days of purchase, however please note that should our product inspector find wear & tear on the returned products, Raghu Jewellers holds all rights in withholding exchange credits.
• Exchanges are ONLY applicable if the original security tag remains intact on the product in question. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item/s. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
• Exchange requests made AFTER 10 days from original purchase date will NOT be honoured. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• If you wish to cancel or change your mind about Special Custom Order items, you will be charged a 35-50% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges & insurance fee.
• Diamond Jewellery is only exchangeable with other diamond jewellery within the same category ex. (Necklace to necklace).
• Any alterations done on items will deem the piece of jewellery purchased unexchangeable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
